| Description of the Services | Certify the Drawings and Documents. Certify inspection and monitoring of Construction Works. Conducting Tests on completion of construction and issuing Completion/Provisional Certificate. Certify, inspect and monitor of Operation & Maintenance Review, inspect and monitor of Divestment Requirements. Determining, as required under the Agreement, the costs of any works or services and/or their reasonableness. Determining, as required under the Agreement, the period or any extension thereof, for performing any duty or obligation. Assisting the Parties in resolution of disputes Making determinations under the Performance Security- Schedule F. Perform other project related tasks requested by either or both of the parties. Certify, inspection, and monitoring of Handover Works. Undertaking all other duties and functions in accordance with the Project Agreement, Schedules and other clauses in the Terms of Reference. Upgrading a total of 91-km road to bitumen standard road of 7-m wide carriageway, with 2-m wide shoulders on each side. Construction of 7-No. new Bridges and Repair of 2-No. Bridges; 32-No. Box Culverts; 112-No. Pipe Culverts; 371-No. Access Culverts, 9-No. Box Drains |
