| Description of the Services | Co-ordination and directing the entire execution of the project, conducting Traffic studies, Traffic Surveys and Axle Load Surveys, Traffic Analysis, Road Safety and Road Accident Analysis, Accident Black Spot Identification, Road Furniture Evaluation, Economic Feasibility Studies, carrying out an economic evaluation of the road project, assessing and clearly quantify the life cycle cost and benefits of the “without” and “with project” case. Present investment choice using decision criteria such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net present value/cost (NPV/C) ratio, assessment of the current ancillary facilities along the road corridor, propose improvement measures and additional facilities to improve the economic and social benefits provided by the corridor, recommend measures to reconfigure health facilities in the existing OSBPs, carrying out surveys and investigations including economic analysis and prepare the plan for One-Stop Inspection Stations and Roadside Stations (RSS). |
