| Description of the Project | The proposed redevelopment of the commercial scheme currently consists of retail stores, dining and entertainment facilities. The area currently hosts a variety of small-scale retail, commercial and residential properties and an assortment of general hospitality properties. These are likely to affect, or be affected by, the peak-period traffic attracted and generated by the redevelopment. Due to the reallocation of spaces within the facility and the various developments in the immediate area, the Junction mall expansion works have a potentially high –impact. |
| Description of the Services | To review any previous Traffic Impact Assessment report proposals for improvement of external road network within the project vicinity; Study the traffic flow within the project study area noting points likely to experience traffic challenges; and, To review capacity of the road sections and intersection to handle generated/attracted motorized and non-motorized traffic owing to the existing complex and any proposed land use changes and recommend necessary solutions to ensure delays and traffic operating conditions are within acceptable limits. |
